Been awhile since I last blogged. Its the first day of winter, can hardly tell when its 74 degrees outside. It was really cold this morning must have been around 68-69 I swear. The wind chill factor does make it seem colder. Not expecting a white Christmas this year. In fact we never had a White Christmas, but I understand there are some parts of the mainland that will be "enjoying" a very white Christmas, well keep the fire burning and roast some chestnuts i guess if thats your fancy....

I have been having the best time of my life after I made a determination to regain my fitness.

I joined the "Year end Men's competition" group in September as I decided it was about time for me to become serious about loosing weight, and develop a more fit physique.

Prior to this September I was going to the gym, local 24 hr fitness, at least 2-3 xs a week. But my workouts were at best average and not centered. I had joined a gym in 2003 or 04 to loose weight...

Its been almost 7 months since my son has been home. He enlisted in the US Army and yesterday graduated from his Army job training after completing basics. Finally completed something besides high school( and that was a task in its self), ADHD does have its challenges. Maybe I'll blog about that one day.

I wonder how many other young people struggle in their post high school years trying to define the rest of their lives. He tried college, enrolled drop classes, enrolled drop classes...

Hello folks,
I have come to realize that I have an addiction. So I am imposing on my self a 12 step program for LPSG Annonymous.
I'm on step on- I am powerless.

I have come to this conclusion the other day when chatting. I was browsing at how long people were on chat etc. I saw some people on there for hours. multiple hours. and saw that I was on for at least 45 minutes. not too bad I guess as chat goes. But what would keep one from staying hours on end in chat?

I have no idea what this means. but I did notice that of all my blogs the one that had "bird" in it got the most interest, as well as the most comments- less my replies.

So I can't imagine having two "B" words will attract.

So while your here I mind as well let you know that my activities on LPSG has been milder.
