- This document applies to all sections of LPSG: Text, images, attachments and links submitted to the forum, thread tags, galleries, chat rooms, private messages and usergroups are all covered by the following rules.
- Accounts
- You must be 18 to be a member.
- You are entitled to one account, and one account only.
- You must not share your account with anyone, including your partner. Partners must have their own accounts.
- You may close your account and start a new one, no more than once.
- You must provide your correct date of birth.
- Avatars
- No nudity - If it is not acceptable on a family/textile beach, it is not acceptable as an avatar.
- No minors - Those under the age of 18.
- No content that violates any other part of this document.
- Content
- Flooding and other forms of spam are not allowed.
- No breach of copyright - You may link to it, you may not copy it in any form to LPSG.
- Senseless or unrecognisable content is not allowed.
- Photos and Videos uploaded to the gallery/album or video sections are for content that belong to you, anything else is strictly forbidden.
- Images of Minors are not allowed. Both the uploading of, and the linking to, regardless of how innocent they are, is forbidden.
- Discussion of Minors is strictly forbidden, regardless of how innocent the discussion may be.
- Illegal or Extreme content - Both posting content that is deemed illegal, or that which is extreme in the detailing of graphic, fictional accounts of non-consensual rape or other forms of violence. This includes links or any other methods used to direct members to off site material which depicts non-consensual rape or other forms of violence, or promotes other illegal activities.
- No discussion of a sexual nature involving animals.
- No discussion of a sexual nature involving human excrement (scat)
- No incestuous content - This includes sexual acts of any kind, including contact with a third person and no contact between the relatives (brother/step brother, sister/step sister, father/step father, mother/step mother and so on).
- Content that has the potential of identifying a person, including yourself, such as phone numbers, facebook links, addresses and such is not allowed.
- Behaviour
- Harassment of, or threats against other members is strictly forbidden.
- Personal attacks are treated in line with harassment. It must however be reported by the member being attacked, and they must not have responded to the attack in such a way as to have contributed to the continuation of the behaviour.
- Hate Speech will not be tolerated: Content whose primary purpose is to incite or promote hatred towards an identifiable group: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hate_speech
- Trolling is not allowed. Trolling covers a vast array of behavior but mainly revolves around members who consistently post in a manner which they know will upset others, members who insist on going off topic to serve their own agenda (which has nothing to do with the topic at hand)
- Linking to sites used to defame this site or any of its members is not allowed - This includes links or any other methods used to direct members to off site material that in any way defames the site or its membership
- Blatant attempts to deceive the membership is not allowed - Such as falsifying gender or age for the purpose of disrupting the board or taking advantage of member(s). This does not include the manipulation of images to make yourself appear larger than you are.
- Accusing, suggesting or otherwise hinting that a member may not be as they claim to be (for example, suggesting that a female member is actually male) will not be tolerated.
- Advertisement and Personal Gain
- If you wish to advertise, you must contact the site owner for permission.
- You are not to offer goods or services in return for money, nor to offer money in return for goods or services.
- Linking to gift lists, requesting gifts and the likes is not allowed.
- Members are permitted to link to their own non-profit sites/blogs, however these links must be confined to their signatures only.
- Verification
- Submission of manipulated images, or images not of yourself for the purposes of verification is strictly forbidden.
- Verification images must be included in a public album at LPSG, and you must have all your settings set to allow the image to be viewed by all members of the site.
- You do not need to show your face or feature nudity, but if you don't we need to see at least 3/4's of your body (not completely covered) and the sign must take up no more than 20% of the image.
- Removal of the image from your public album will result in the removal of your gold membership.
- Ask a *Someone* Forum Rules - In Addition to the above
- Any member may start a thread, in any section of the forum
- Any member may reply to their own thread started within any section of the forum
- Aside from the the member who started the thread, only members who fall within the group named in the section title may respond to threads.
- For the purposes of these sections, we consider bisexual to be 20/80 gay/straight or straight/gay.
- Politics Forum Rules - In Addition to the above
- Petty insults and name calling will not be tolerated.
- Discussions devolving into "fighting" will not be tolerated.
- Deliberately misquoting or removing sections of a quote to mislead others or change/remove the context will not be tolerated.
- Editing or adding to quotes in order to mislead others or change the meaning will not be tolerated.
- Thread titles and first posts are to encourage discussion. They should contain a link to the topic being discussed and the titles are to be as bias-free as possible.
- Notwithstanding the above conditions, LPSG reserves the right to deny access to any member, at its sole discretion.
- By submitting content to LPSG, you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive license to display the content. You represent that the content identifies no people under the age of 18, and that you are legally qualified to grant us this license.
- Members should make every effort to keep their contact information as up to date as possible. In the event of them being banned for a period of time, the team will send an email explaining the decision, and to do this, we need an active email address.
