Jelqing, if done correctly, adds girth to your dick substantially more than it adds length to your dick. Hypothetically, for every .5" of girth you add to your dick, you add 0.1" in length. This is my opinion however. Clamping is another way to gain girth but it must be done very VERY carefully. With any P.E. exercise, caution must be taken and above all, listening to your body is the way to go. I personally don't clamp b/c of the serious dangers involved with it, however many others do and they report good gains from it. I myself jelq and edge, which may be a slower process, but the chance of injury, imo, is much less than when compared with clamping. ah yes...I look at my gilette can wistfully every day :smile: (it is actually 6 5/8ths)...from top to bottom it is 8 1/2 in length...(when you take the top off, with the rounded part and measure it is exactly 8 1/8)

Yes, it doesn't take much difference in girth measurement for the thickness difference to be quite noticeable. Before PE my girth was 4.75" base, 4.50 mid, and 4.25 top under the head. That doesn't sound so bad, but in comparison to a 5.5 girth that is much smaller in thickness, and is probably why a couple of ex gfs said I was small (along with 5.75 length) but not small small, as I later heard through the grapevine.
