After reading the thread on Missionary Mormon sex I thought a trip 2 weeks ago to PA Amish country. We took a tour by buggy and the ticket seller was not Amish, but he was related to may of the Amish in the area. He was a good looking guy too. Amish teens/ young adults take a time out sort of to decide if they will stay Amish or leave (as the boys father did years ago). So have any of you had sex with or messed around with an Amish guy or girl?

Yes, years ago when I was a salesman and the Pa. Amish country was part of my sales
territory. I met him at a small combi restaurant/motel in Blue Balls, Pa. where I was
staying and his table was next to mine at the restaurant. His name was Josh, he was short
(5'-7"), a young man in his early or nid 20's, very muscular with sun bleached blond/light brown
hair, a good tan and bright green eyes. A big friendly smile seemed to be stuck on his face
showing the whitest teeth I think I had ever seen. We struck up a conversation across the
tables (he asked if there were any pickles in the jar on my table)..and then eventuallly I asked
him to join me at my table.

I learned that he was Amish and indicated that I was interested and wished I knew more
about the Amish and their way of life, but that I had been unable to get any of the
Amish that I had met during my business contacts with them, to speak of it.

He said that he would be glad to tell me anything that I wanted to know. I said that
all I had heard about was the Amish and Mennonite "bed bundling"...I laughed and he
laughed. It sort of broke the ice.

We talked a bit and finished our meal...and then we went out on the porch and sat in two
old fashioned wooden rockers. After a few minutes, he asked if I would like to see some of
the Amish countryside. I didn't tell him that I had been covering the area for over a year
and that I knew it backwards and forwards, so..I said...Yes, I would like that very much.

We got into my car and rode around the back ways of the area for about an hour. It
was fall and the countryside was beautiful with the colorful leaves, especially as the sun
was going down...and it was perfect weather...cool but not cold.

We talked of many things. He asked me if there was anything that I really wanted to
know about the Amish that we had not discussed. He seemed very egar to talk about it
with me. I said I was interested in what the Amish thought about sex, if it was not a
taboo subject for him.

He told me about their courtship rituals...I don't remember much of that now...but then he
said he was thinking about leaving because of the way he thought about having to get
married and about his private sexual beliefs which were not acceptable in his community.
I guess I looked quizingly at him, so he said that he hoped I would not be angry...but that
he was Gay... I laughed and said I was BI and my lifestyle was not accepted either. He
laughed and after that we talked openly about gay and Bi things.

He met me at the motel the next day and.....:censored:...well all I have to say is that I
think the Amish are just like all people.....(hint.....if he was an example of Amish men,
then they are hung like their horses...)

We kept in contact for a few months until I transferred out of the area and we lost contact.

Wait...I have to go a little :eek:fftopic:here...

...there's a place called 'Blue Balls'? :biggrin1:

Here in Aus there's a place called 'Bald Knob'!

And I used to live in a town called Gloucester, and this rather interesting rock formation is a landmark of the surrounding area:

I believe it called Blue Bell. There is an Intercourse, Pennsylvania nearby..

My family always jokes about Intercourse, PA.
But now that the autumn is approaching, the town is a destination spot for sure! Great food, great breads, great farm culture!

No, it is actually Blue Ball, Pa. (not Blue Balls as I said ...or Blue Bell) and it is in Lancaster County...in Amish country.

There are a lot of funny names in the area.. such as, Intercourse, Leacock, Paradise, Bird-in-Hand,
Virginville and others which I can't remember now. Intercourse and Blue Ball are probably the most famous...because so many jokes have been made about them...

And yes, you are right
jjsjr..The food is absolutely fabulous.
It was just one thing more that I looked forward to when I made my sales trips to the area. I
always came back lots of breads and pastries and jars and jars of good homemade stuff...One
I enjoyed was Chow Chow...a wonderful relish

Blue Bell is in the Ambler area near Philadelphia; Blue Ball is in Amish county. Blue Ball is named for the old colonial inn that had a blue ball hanging from it and was called The Blue Ball Inn. It was still around about ten or so years ago, but I think it has since been razed.

If you'd had blue balls for over 200 years, I'd think the last thing you could be is raised.

My guess is yes, because the Amish are descendants of the Dutch. Having interacted with some, they even speak to each other in Dutch. But the most convincing argument would be that they are very self-sufficient and aren't terribly open to outside help (ie: medical help). I'm guessing their boys are born and only the umbilical cord gets cut.

^My 2 cents^

ok time to get things straight. so to speak. the amish are mostly of german decent. they are not dutch. The german word for german is deutsch. and they shortened it over the years to dutch. and they speak a dialect of german that was originally called pennsylvania deutsch. again got chopped to dutch. as far as their cut/uncut status dunno. but I heard some of them frequent the porn shops in lancaster before marriage and joining the church. there is a shop that has windows between the booths. if u guys find out about cut/uncut status please let me know. there are lots of cute ones. some hideous looking ones too. they have a problem with the gene pool being to shallow and the recessive genes are coming more prevalent. this causes lots of genetic diseases mostly in children.

anymore questions ask me.
