3" length should be possible if you keep PE up for the next few years but if you work on girth too, it might take longer. I am trying to gain an inch in length and girth to get to 9" x 7" but according to The Visualiser - The Cock Comparison site the increase in volume is almost 60%!!!!

5+ years is typical for big gainers to achieve the gains you are looking for, good luck!

Sorry, for not keeping up dated, took a break form it and now I'm back!
I can reach 10 inches soft stretch and my erect length is now 9.5! Even a little progress is the best progress and more will come!

Good work outs done regularly with determination will prevail. Warm up, stretch, jelq. In that rhythm. Use hot water to heat the groin. Then stretch for about 5 good stretches in all directions. Remember that pop you feel is good, like popping your knuckles. Then Jelq for at least 1000. Then reheat and re stretch then Jelq again for 1000. Repeat this until your Jelq for 4000 times. Then heat and let yourself stay hard for another half hour. NO cumming for two hours.
