I'm so tempted to meet up with this really hot high end female escort....
so hot looking, she does bareback blow jobs with her clientele. I'm wondering if it is a pretty safe practice to engage in, knowing that she works in the sex trade. She is pretty high end and expensive. Also condom vaginal sex is pretty safe too?

You're at risk for gonorrhea, warts, chlamydia, herpes and syphillis. There is a theoretical possibility that she could transmit HIV to you, but it basically involves weeping sores on your dick and in her mouth.

You risk STI infection in any sexual encounter. A respectable escort should keep herself up-to-date with STI checks, but she's obviously sucking a lot of dicks without condoms. It's kinda what she does. Buyer beware.

Having vaginal sex with a condom still puts you at risk for crabs, warts and herpes. Crabs are treatable, warts are an epidemic (regardless of whether one is a sex worker, most adults end up with genital warts whether they know it or not), and herpes is an incurable nuisance.

Personally, I disagree with Unabear. Respectable escorts (and they do exist, regardless of people's moral concerns) have to take care of their health and their clients' health because it's how they put food on their plate. An escort who's covered in herpes sores and has crabs falling off every pube is not going to go far in her work, and an escort who has a history of giving her clients diseases is not going to go far either. If she insists on condoms that's a good sign. Condom-free oral is a bit of a red flag, but that's a risk you both seem to be willing to take.

I can't speak for all sex workers, but I've been friends with a few and have heard presentations from sex worker organizations at different HIV and STI conferences. The above is what they've all said.

But, as always, buyer beware.

Just about any sex act can lead to some sort of STD. Just because she is a prostitute (escorts are prostitutes by the way) doesn't make her any more of a health risk than the girl you picked up at the bar after 6 beers. Think about it for a moment, you know zero about that one night stand you picked up as you do the prostitute. The working girl may use condoms during intercourse and give oral with out, will you catch something? I'd say that unless you are visiting a health controlled brothel in Nevada or Amsterdam, you run a risk of catching something no matter how clean the girl might look. But who's to say you can't catch something from your "high school sweetheart"? If you are willing to take the risk, what are the rewards? 5 minutes of good to great oral sex? Is that a fair trade off to say Herpes?

Here is a link to the CDC for information on sexually transmitted diseases if you are interested in learning more about what can and cannot be transmitted via oral sex.
