Nothing works better for me than good old-fashioned Vaseline. I don't generate any precum, so that's not an option.

There used to be a great product called MENS CREAM, it's a softer version of vaseline, it melts beautifully. They don't make it anymore...I don't think...try "HIM" instead, similar formula. I love using unscented baby oil too. Remember, using silicone or other water based lube is important for use with a condom. But jerking off doesn't need a condom!
