I know I'm new here, but as a (ex)pre-med student let me add my two cents as well.
To my knowledge not only is thirty inches a preposterous size, but it completely defies the limitations of the human body. First off, assuming that her "bf" is of an average height, he would be right around six feet tall, give or take an inch or two. That being said, a thirty inch dick would be impossible to conceil in pants and even if run down the leg would be practiaclly on the ground.
Also, even if such a thing were possible, the man would be preminantly impotent, since there is no way that he could have enough spare blood in his body to maintain an errection. Another thing is that I seem to recall reading somewhere that the largest penis on record was around twenty-three inches. Said man had a severe case of elephantitis which caused him to have a perminantly flacid cock. I seem to recall he also had other various health problems which were brought on by his abnormal size, including low blood pressure, anemia and frequent headaches.
So as I see it, not only does this story scream BS to the casual reader, but its also impossible from a medical standpoint.
