I get self conscious whenever I wear thin shirts and my nipples started showing through it. People would get distracted and some would comment on it. So I began wesring nipple tapes so my nipples wouldn't show. It works.

Oh most definitely mine are visible as they are larger than the average womans. I only iuse shields when in formal settings, otherwise they show and when aroused, they show through 2 layers. I realized they were more visible than I thought when I walked by some female work colleagues and I heard one say to the other something like "It is cold in here isn't it.". Odd, I thought, why did she say that, and continued on to washroom, when I washed up I looked in mirror and you could clearly see two mounts on the dark heavy sweater over a tshirt. Not just a nipple visible, but a small mound. When I looked in mirror again, put my hands on hips and turned... it had noticeable projection. and had been showing for half the morning.
