Recently, I hit/brushed/came into contact with a cervix!

This was new for me, because I have never before been aware of this, though I may have hit a cervix before. I was with some quiet girls who liked to lie down and take it.

The first time I hit it, the girl let out a small moan of discomfort and told me I had hit her cervix...to me it felt quite good, it was quite a solid, rough surface that felt good rubbing against my cock head. It happened also once in each subsequent session. It was actually good for both of us to know she didn't have a neverending vagina as we had previously thought.

In case anyone's wondering, the position this happened in was predominantly girl on top, sat vertically on me, and I was putting it all in there hehe twas awesome. Rubbing the clit at the same time is hot.

    Anyway, here are my questions:

Did I actually hit the cervix then?
What did it feel like for you/your partner?
Can it be good, even if at first its 'uncomfortable' or 'painful'
How does it happen...bearing in mind the girl was very turned on...and the thrust(s) after hitting the cervix once didn't hit it again.

the reason you may never ave hit a a cervix before is bc when girls get aroused the cervix lift up and the vagina expands to make room to accommodate a penis.....despite what most guys claim, hitting the cervix involves deep penetration and an upward thrust.....believe me i have seen more than my share of them when i rotated through obgyn

its relatively sensitive to girls but if you brushed it and she screams then i would think she might have an std.....both gonorrhea and chlamydia make touching the cervix very painful, however if you nailed it with your cock then yeh its going to cause her discomfort.....same way as if someone touches your balls it feels good but being kicked in the balls doesnt.....

You're right that everybody just says "cervix", like they know what they're talking about. It's not like there's a sign on it. So if not that, what is it that we hit? It doesn't necessarily hurt either party, but there's definitely an end to the road, a point beyond which mere mortals cannot go.

I typed a real long post and then my computer froze and i dont feel like typing it all again.....so here is a shorter version.

cervix should feel like the very tip of your nose.....it is the same consistency

also, make a fist and look at your pointer finger and thumb. they should make a rough circle (need an imagination) and stick the tip of your finger from your other hand .....thats what a cervix feels like. it should be the same feeling if you touched the tip of your dick to it.

the vagina can epand a few inches when fully aroused. Behding the vagina is a space called the pouch of douglas which allows for expansion. you can actually feel this space doing a rectal exam on a girl and pushing your finger towards the uterus......

when guys say the hit something it could be the cervix which would feeluncomfortable for the girl......if its really painful then i would be thinking chlamydia

you could be hitting the coccyx bone.....men have actually fractured their penis this way (yes it is called a fractured penis, despite the fact there is no bone) or you could be hitting the very end of the vagina

    Wow cool.

It felt like the tip of my nose...or her nose...hitting my glans, felt good to me.

She didn't experience terrible pain a la STD, just some discomfort. Not sure if it was the cervix or end of the vagina, but I reckon the cervix. I wondered why we hadn't hit it before but we only recently started going as deep as poss, and me thrusting all the way in with her on top.

Thanks baseball, you're very clued up :)

    Baseball99...

This 'unconfortable' feeling is some kind of pain that is shown by the little faces in the pain chart as hospital asks for us to show which one is our pain or not...

And i'm asking bcause if you try to have sex deep and fast with a 9x6 as you do with a 6x5 (for example) at least in the begining is painful with the larger one and I know bcause I had and did not have STD.

 Kind of my fault really bcause I try myself to thrust but he kept saying: u are going to hurt yourself...yes, I did... but not anymore.

i kinda got confused with your posts.....it shouldnt hurt if a penis pushes against it but feels like discomfort.....it could hurt if a penis slams against it

however, if an std is present like chlamydia, it will be very very painful, even with a q-tip

of course im only goin on what i have been told and what i have read.....i only gotta find them and do paps and GC/chlam cultures (thankfully not too often anymore), i dont have to deal with it haha

I have a question for anyone who can answer regarding hitting the cervix. I read somewhere that behind the cervix there is an area that can expand to accomodate a large penis. My question is how do you know if you are hitting the cervix or the back of that area, and can both be just as painfull to the woman? What positions affect which one you will hit? I realize that thrusting too hard will cause the pain for her but sometimes she wants me to go hard.

OMG him hitting my cervix makes me crazy (in a good way  ). We "discovered" this on accident when he was thrusting really deep and he found this really sensitive spot in me that just made me go off the deep end. I looked it up and I think it's my cervix or the "bridge" around there. That made another reason I love his size cuz he can reach it and OMG, I cum sooo hard that way  . Be gentle, though! I usually like it touched real gentle at first and then after awhile he slowly builds up and hits it harder. If he hits it too hard too fast it can hurt but otherwise it's a jackpot.

Yeah my girl and I started doing max penetration in the last few weeks. I know enough about female anatomy and have contacted the cervix in enough girls to know what it feels like. But we started doing it very deep and I felt her cervix kind of slide over the top of the head of my dick, and she said "Oh that's gone somewhere different" and it felt different to me too. Insted of the vaginal walls sliding past, it felt like my dick wasn't actually penetrating, but insted like it was spreading over the glans, but slowly. She said when it just contacted this area, it felt like butterflies in her stomach, but 100 times more intense, and if I went max depth, she said it felt like little pins and needles shooting pains, but that was only for the first 2-3 times, now she says it feels super intense and doesn't hurt at all anymore? Any ideas whats happened? I'm normally reasonably well versed in this but its a new experience and I also need a bit of advice. Baseball?

yea I guess it takes some warming up for a guy to hit the end... has happened to me twice before... and only when the guy has been on top with my legs on his shoulders...

one with a guy who was a bit larger than other guys I had been with... no warning jus.. BAM! it hurt like hell... the other guy was a more average size... a lot of warming up... and it felt awesome... a lil sore afterwards... but pleasure was worth it...

keep up the good work wonderboy  oh and if your name is referring to the ancient sega game... props to you!

I think I can tell when one of my large lovers was pushing around my cervix and it seems to be a pretty neutral sensation. It just feels like pressure. But with these lovers, they also seem to be able to push past my cervix and hit a really sensitive area beyond that makes me pant and sweat and just go nuts!

Sorry it took a while, ive been busy.....i tried to find a good picture but it was pretty hard to
    [IMG]

I think this image should show up.....Basically 3 is the cervix. When a woman gets aroused, the vagina both dilates and constricts according to the size of the penis.....4 is the vagina and as you can see there is an area beyond the cervix that you can still hit with deep penetration.....The cervis isnt too far in there.....unaroused I can reach it with my finger doin an OBGYN exam.....of course you have to push hard but my finger is probably only what 5 inches max, i dunno.....When aroused the cervix pulls up and angles itself in a way to make it more conducive for sperm to swim directly in

The cervix receives a bit of innervation, what nerves exactly run there, i dont remember.....

My middle finger is 3.1 inches long to the base.

I would like to hear more measured accounts of what the dildo/penis lengths are to touch an aroused cervix and the length that is pleasurable as it pushes past it.

Alot of women resist having sex with anyone who touches the cervix. STD aside, is it possible some women don't have the pleasure nerves beyond it, or maybe it was just bad "RAMMING" technique. Why do some women find it surprising, have they really never tried going this far even with a dildo?

Some women have noted they will not want sex with anyone longer than 6 or 7 inches.

Like the doc's finger says. The cervix isn't profoundly deep. If you are average size or above or do positions like woman on top or in particular doggie style which go deeper you're going to bump into it on a regular basis.

From rear entry if you're doing things right it's going to feel like a raised rubbery area near the top. You can see that the uterus is almost at right angles to the vagina so the porn fantasy/bloody nightmare of penetrating the womb is impossible unless you have some sort of L-Shaped hex-tool penis.

Once a woman is excited the channel is swollen and the penis is sliding back and forth beneath the cervix on the roof of the vagina. Women can generally varry the angle and degree of contact with the cervix by shifting their hips.

If it's painful to go anywhere near it then you might have an STD but most women find bumping up against it painful if they are not excited yet and even then may find it uncomfortable. After they are exited *many* find contact in this area very stimulating or stimulating and uncomfortable.

I'm reluctant to expand upon or recharacterize what the doctor said but I'm a pervert and may actually have read more about this that him. The arroused cervix is on essentially the roof of the vagina and sperm pools on the bottom underneath it(aside from flowback). The cervix then dips down into this pool and sperm can swim up through channels in the cervical mucus.

These details are important because together they allow the female(body) to essentially control when/if it becomes pregnant.

not to mention you wont penetrate the cervix unless there is severe cervical incontinence.....to perform a D&C (dilatation and curettage....used for abortion, and removing retained products of conception after delivery and other things) you start with basically a metal dildo, real thin like a pencil and insert it then a larger one, then a larger one.....until the cervix is dilated.....
