Viagra = the most rigid, hardest cock, almost too hard to cum that makes the orgasm a lot of work but quite satisfying when it cums. 100mg = blue vision. Always headache and almost flu-like symptoms the next few days.

Cialis = feel like a kid again, boners popping up all the time, even without thought. Does not feel as hard as with Viagra but is not as hard to cum. Repeat performances are common due to it stayed with me 3 days, even the new smaller dose. Some nasal congestion and lower back pain.

Levitra = took only once, flue-like symptoms and not as strong as Viagra.

Aspire (no longer available due to FDA said it had Cialis ingredient), same as Cialis in every respect except it was a red gelcap filled with liquid ingredients instead of a pill.

3 Grams L-Arginine-Alpha-Ketoglutarate powder (1 Gram 3x day, cycled off every few weeks) plus 30MG Zinc daily = same as Cialis. Get hard as a rock when the wind blows, wake up hard several times each night, always have morning wood, still shootin' big and distance loads, shorts always wet from precum, no need for an Rx, LOVE IT!

I seem to be developing immunity or tolerance to C...it doesn't appear to be as effective as it was a couple of years ago, although it still has some effect. Have any other longer-term users observed this?

You mentioned some health problems, including using insulin to manage what is now known as mature onset diabetes. This is typically type 2 diabetes, which arises from various lifestyle issues.

I have secondary diabetes (secondary to an illness), which I use insulin to manage. I concentrate on my 1.5 hour post-meal blood sugar levels, which I keep in the range of 5.0 mmol/l to 7.0 mmol/l. Anything higher than 7.0 to 7.3 results in organ damage: eyes, kidneys, feet and penis. My HbA1c is just below 5%. If you are above my suggested blood sugar range, your problem is probably not a tolerance to Cialis. Diabetes educators do tend to recommend higher blood sugar concentrations that are what is good for you, but what I aim for is normal for a non-diabetic, and the only way we can guarantee long-term good health.

It is hard work to keep these ranges, but I typically do, sometimes having a peak above 7.0, maybe only once a month or so. I do drop into hypoglycemia, typically once per week, but I can manage that.

I wanted to try one of those out of curiosity about a year ago... I was 29 at the time and no ED problems, just wanted to see what it feels like... and went for Cialis as I didn't like the side effects of Viagra I read about, and did like the promised 2-3 day effect period... I took one 20mg pill on a Friday evening...

Effects: on a scale of 1 to 10 - I'd say 7... my dick was equally hard as usual, though it was more "active" so to speak over the said weekend... eventually faded away on Sunday afternoon, so I was happy with the duration...

Side-effects: on a negative scale of 1 to 10 - I'd say 9... I hated it... constant sinus and temple headache... stuffy nose... occasionally watery eyes... it was difficult to focus my vision occasionally...

All in all... as far as stuff works fine, I have absolutely no desire to take it ever again... as it comes in a two-pill pack, I gave the other pill to a friend who asked about the results... a pack of two 20mg cost me about 25 EUR, which is about 30 $... didn't regret it though, don't get me wrong...

P.S. I would recommend it, though, to all the young guys out there with "stage freight" issues when doing it for the first time with a partner, as it was an issue for me for quite some time when I was 17 or 18... if I had something like Cialis then, I would have taken it, no doubt... I believe it can serve as a bit of an "ego booster" at the beginning to get passed the psychological barriers...

I have neither taken Viagra or Cialis but am very interested in giving one or the other a try very soon. I have no ED problems, but I tend to cum rather quickly. I'd prefer whichever would most likely keep me going for longer.

Can anyone give me their suggestions on which one may work better to last longer? If you have a good idea on the right milligrams as well that would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

I don't know that any ED drug can cure premature ejaculation. Mental imagery will probably work better for you. When I was younger, I used to think of icebergs to stall going off the precipice to orgasm.

I found out what part of my ED problem is....my partner just doesn't turn me on. cliff notes: out on the town the other nite. run into a hot lady friend 1/2 my age, we like each other a lot, we had an issue to resolve which we did. I have my arm around her, she has her hand on my forearm and then mid chest. we are talking, face to face, eye to eye. I feel myself get a nice chub, and then BAM full boner in my loose shorts. it nudges her thigh, and she looks down, looks back up....."damn, I heard you were hung" as she reached down and gave it a slight pat. a few minutes later we were interupted. no, I didn't score with her, but I answered a question I had been asking myself "if a young sexy woman came on to me could perform?" I believe I could. it didn't just get rock hard and go soft in a minute, I was full boner for a good 5 minutes.

Cialis is a difficult one in some ways. When I use an oral it is Cialis. The effect lasts longer, but the down side of Cialis is that it can cause esophageal erosion and many get "heartburn" from it. Surprisingly this can happen at even very low dosage.
I got some heartburn from liquid cialis. very little lower back ache, and "hot legbones". The hot, loose legs isn't bad, just strange. Perhaps the heartbirn/etc. will change when i buy the bulk powder and cap my own.

Havent tried Viagra or Levitra yet.

while i have no ED problems. I have taken both viagra and cialis as recreational drugs. I have to say viagra was better. Not only was i hard for 24hrs, there was a slight poppers light head rush and as i like to bottom the feeling was enhanced. I would say that the effects lasted 2-3 days after in terms of head rush and more than frequent boners

Not a fan... Tried Viagra once... Thought my dick was going to explode; it was like a steel pole that wouldn't get soft... It took forever to cum - I'm certain the girl who was with me isn't a fan of Viagra after that experience either!

Viagra - 100mg gives fairly severe headaches and feeling absolutely lousy next day, also a blocked nose. At 50mg the effect is just as good, side-effects far more manageable.

Hardest ever was by accident - taking a dose, then doing a full-on upper-body gym workout after that. Whatever that did to my blood circulation, when time came to get an erection afterwards I've never had a boner so scarily granite hard in all my life. Will be interested to hear if others report workouts enhancing the effect.

Cialis - first couple of times I took this I was leaving 36 hours between 100mg pills. Great erections, no initial side-effects. However after the second pill.. incredibly bad back ache to the level it was hard to sleep. Also I'm a long distance runner - and cialis made leg soreness far more pronounced during and after running.

Halved dosage, started using it again, back pain returned but nowhere near as bad as the first time. After a few more 50mg doses things levelled out, back pain gone. I do still feel it in the legs though sometimes when running. Really enjoy it for adding that super-hard edge to my erections.

There are anecdotal reports of Viagra helping with PE. I know the few times I took it recreationally it was like I was too hard to cum. Only vigorous manual stimulation could get me off.

When I take Levitra 20 mg or Viagra 100 mg, I can maintain a sold erection for a couple of hours. With Levitra the hardness will range from just hard to so hard it’s almost painful. With Viagra the range of hardness varies less and the erection is a bet larger plus I can truly feel my cock pulse when it’s hard. I have taken Cialis a few times the side effects are not near the level of Levitra or Viagra, but nether is the level of my erection hardness or size. Have done the 50/50 with Levitra 10mg and Viagra 50mg, now that is a truly large and hard erection (the largest erection size I’ve had to date) and it does not waver even after round two. I still do the 50/50 from time to time to mix things up.
Note: I have ED.

Reposted from Viagra, how does it effect you

A few years back I was experiencing some infrequent ED, but when it never used to happen at all, infrequent is still too much! Plus worrying if it was going to happen again, probably made it happen again.:frown1:

My Doc gave me a Cialis sample pack with full-strength (20 mg) pills. The first time I tried one I did have some facial flushing and a stuffy nose, but didn't mind that at all once I met up with my lady and we started fooling around
The effect was wonderful ... a full, very hard, erection, that stayed hard until I came. We had sex 5-6 times that weekend, but part of that was due to the novelty of having erections like an 18 year old again.

When I got the prescription I went down to a 10 mg dose that worked fine for me, as the 20 mg seemed like it was too much. The next time I needed a refill, I went down to 5 mg and it still works fine, although not with the raging results of that first 20 mg dose.

For me, the positives are:
Full, hard erections, usually 'maxed out' to my biggest size potential, both in length and girth. (Cialis did NOT increase my size, it just 'maxed me out'.)
Staying completely hard throughout the whole session
Increased sexual endurance (taking longer to cum)

The downsides:
Sniffles
Occasional back pain.
Lasting too long where I have to stop before cumming because she is tired or sore, or I get tired or sore

I don't use it nearly as often as I used to. I don't have any medical conditions or medications that cause ED, so I think the psychological 'boost' I got from the chemical boost helped reduce my need for it.

Well, I just tried Cialis for the first time after a bad experience with Viagra (not me - her), and I got just the opposite effect. I wasn't nearly as hard with Cialis as I was with Viagra, and the wife really liked it. Maybe it was a first-time effect, but Viagra made me a bit too hard. She didn't care for the roughness. Cialis is a nice mellow erection - something I can work with. It also lasts longer, and I don't have the damn headache with Viagra.

I don't need it all the time, but it's nice to know it's there.
