Cleaning under tight foreskin

I have tight foreskin which I'm worried about, but now I have smegma (I think) there are yellow solid piece s under my foreskin I pulled bits out and they smell really bad, I know this is due to not cleaning properly. any suggestions on how to clean it?

Use a rubber bulb ear syringe to squirt luke warm water up into your foreskin to flush it out.
