I'm 47 and still feel the need to masturbate daily. I am convinced it comes from a healthy diet and regular exercise. About 5 years ago, it was the exact opposite. I had no sex drive, very few erections (and of extremely poor quality), and masturbated/had sex every couple of months. For health reasons, I changed my diet by going gluten free (found out I'm celiac), dairy free (found out I'm lactose intolerant), low sugar (found out I'm hypoglycaemic) and vegetarian (ethical reasons and eating meat makes me feel shitty). By doing this, I lost 40 pounds and went from a 37" waist to a 32", XL shirt to M, and L to S underwear (I go more by inches now than pounds). When I started losing weight it resulted in more energy, so I started hitting the gym harder. It was a combination of diet and exercise that resulted in all of those lost pounds and inches. My sex drive and sexual desire is stronger now than it was in my 30s!
