Not exactly girth measurement, but I give the late Billy Glide up to 7.5 inch length(yes, bone pressed) with maybe 2.5 inch width("diameter"). It would be safe to say he had easily 6 inches if not more girth.
Bring on the criticism from all those who have no measuring pics of their own to show on LPSG.
