I was just wondering if anyone else has this problem, I usually go for a shower after the gym, but since I can remember when I get in the public showers I have a semi, which can be a bit embarrassing. I try my hardest to think of other things but its like he has a mind of his own...... can anyone help or anyone have the same problem...... I dont even know why it happens........ I am 27yo and this probably started at high school, in the showers

I wouldn't call it a semi but usually I hit the shower after working out then a swim and a soak in the hit tub. You can't stop this from happening because after men workout testosterone increases and causes hard-ons. If you observe carefully there are other men in the showers with semi and full hard-ons. Enjoy the view...
