Hey prism, you might want to rethink your claim about how fake the scene is. Apparently , everything in all the many videos featuring "Dr. Dean" .... everything is real. I didn't even remotely think so, until I came across a news item stating that this guy had been claiming to be a real doctor and "examined" unsuspecting homeless guys. Google "Dean Alan Wilhoughby" if you don't believe me. (I probably mis-spelled his last name)
