Honestly. Just beat off. A lot!!! Long sessions. And vary constantly. Light edging all the way to aggressive shaft splitting pounding actions.
The more time u spend the better. Ease into the aggressiveness but when u r ready attack te hell outta yourself sometimes. Trust me. Spend the time with your boner. Don't rush it.

I have the same question too. Mine is average size. But after looking at some of the pics on the forum I want to make it bigger because now I feel little. Has anybody had sucsess with the enlargement pills?

You must be more specific. I would suggest your read the thread to the point where I start to break down the PE history. A description of each exercise or procedure I tried will be in a seperate post with a reference to the supporting video.

I think that some light stretching, light jelqing and some pumping would be the best all round routine.

Getting the body as healthy as possible is good advice too since the quality of erections depends largely upon the overall health of the individual.

"Best" can be a relative term.

There are pros and cons to each method. Here are some advantages and disadvantages to the various methods:

Extenders-

Pros:
-You know exactly how much tension is being generated
-Workout is "hands free"
-Progress is easy to track and forecast
-Can be worn with certain clothes

Cons:
-Requires constant supervision
-Maximum tension possible is very light
-Must be worn for many total hours to see results
-Can be uncomfortable without adequate padding

Weight hangers-

Pros:
-Workout is "hands free"
-Very high tension is possible
-You know exactly how much tension is being generated

Cons:
-Injuries more common with this method
-Often uncomfortable even with adequate padding
-Cannot be done in public

Manual exercises-
Pros:
-Very convenient
-Very high tension is possible
-Tension level is easily adjustable
-The most fluid of all methods

Cons:
-Tension is difficult to measure- must use estimates
-Cannot be done in public
-Must have relatively strong hands for hard or long workouts

Please feel free to add to this list :)

My personal preferences favor manual exercises, although each method is effective when done correctly.
