I've got a short foreskin probably like your gym mate, and in a way it probably does give you some idea of what it's like to be circumcised, as most of the head is exposed all the time. But wanking even with a short foreskin is very different than wanking without one at all.
I usually have my foreskin covering my head unless I have to take a piss then ill pull it back but when I'm done the ill cover it again
