Alright, in the first bolded part, clearly something needs to be explained here: 2" inches, human scale, does not seem a large number; but penis scale, it's tremendous. This is about proportions.

If your cock is 7", and 'Dingo is 9", then that means his dick is about 30% longer than your length. 10% of 7" being 0.7", multiplied by 3, gets you 2.1" as 30% of 7". 7+2.1=9.1". Close enough for this scenario.

Now, let's take another area where inches matter, this time at the human scale: height. I myself am about 5'9"-5'10" or 69-70 inches tall. Very average. Now, let's find a measure for somebody 30% taller than me. 10 % of 69-70 inches is 6.9-7 inches; times that by 3, and you get 20.7-21 inches as 30% of my height. Add the numbers together:

69+20.7=89.7 inches 70+21=91 inches

89.7-91 inches tall is 7'5.7" -7'7" tall- in other words, an exceptional giant.

Im glad you understand now why I said he has to be 9.5x6.5 at best. Still 9.5 genuine inches is about as big as they come, so Mandingo is indeed a true monster.
