Guys, if you're going to make size estimations based on pics, you have to carefully watch the angles and the perspective.
The penis and the reference for size must be on the same plane, and the penis must not be at an angle in relation to the camera.

Shepardson's pic really can't be used. First you can't see the base of the penis, and the pic is shot from pretty close so the hand looks much bigger than it would if it weren't in front of the penis; also the palm is flattened and that makes it wider.

I found a couple of pics from which I think I was able to make a reasonable estimation of his NBP length:

He's lying down and it could be argued that this works against him, but on the other hand he "pushes it out" and the penis points slightly toward the camera, advantaging him.

Let's assume that hand breadth and finger width are proportional.

With hands as big as mine, his penis length in this pic would be 21.49cm or 8.46".

With average sized hands, his penis length in this pic would be 19.84cm or 7.81".
