How to cure this lump?

Basically ive had this lump that does the whole turn around my cock. Its been there for almost a year and a half. It appeared after a pumping session. Ive seen doctor and they cant seem to help. It looks exactly like this

Are you uncircumcised? I've never pumped, but I sometimes have a similar 'lump' appear, when my foreskin is partially retracted. It's basically a bulge, caused by the foreskin folding/rolling under itself. It's only ever been temporary, in my case. Pulling/rolling the foreskin backwards and forwards over the glans (as far as you can go, without hurting yourself) usually removes the fold, thus removing the bulge.
