    Hey curious if anyone knows of any natural of chemical way to increase your ejaculate besides edging. Noticed that with age my loads are getting smaller. Tried Amino Acids which over produced my prostatic fluid and pretty much caused my dick to leak all day so I had to stop that. Looking for something to increase the volume when it counts.

    Volume pills loads of them online and testicular massage (apparently) works also supposedly a device called a zinger. Bought one myself latly no results yet but it is bases on basic chemistry and physics creating miniscule current across the testicles. But not sure about the real results ther is no real research made

    I have to wonder - why is it necessary? Shouldn't you be more worried about your sperm count? Or is that dropping too?

    Who doesn't want to shoot a giant firehose load? :smile:

    Zinc supplements are supposed to do the trick. Also, if you're not exercising, start. Not just cardio either, hit the weights.

    I tried Zinc, but it made me nauseous. Anyone else have that happen?

    I just started some zinc a few days ago (the vitamin is 333% RDA). Been taking one with dinner each day. No probs at all.

    Zinc, lecithin and maca root. I use the Vitamin store brand maca and take 3 a day.

    I took too much zinc once and felt some nausea, also felt cold and was shivering. I think it was a mild case of zinc poisoning, but it went away the next day.

    As for increasing volume, I've been on two testosterone boosters for about 5 days now and have noticed a little extra shooting out. Not huge differences but certainly noticable.

    According to my urologist friend I just asked, it's all placebo.
    He said don't waste your money on snake oil.

    In objective placebo controlled studies nothing has ever been shown to make a significant volume difference.

    Not that there aren't plenty of companies willing to take your money.

    I've taken the lecithin granules along with zinc and l-lysine and had great results. So much so, I had to start doing kegels to get it all out. I would shoot and have to keep stroking after orgasm. I'm 38 and can get 2-3 good thick shoots over my head. Without the lecithin and zinc, I normally can hit the middle of my chest when laying down. Not as big a shooter compared to when I was 28. I also believe drinking more water, exercising more and going 2-3 days between ejaculation will help as well. Oh, the lecithin pills don't do as well as the granules. For me anyway.

    None that I've noticed.

    Been taking 2g of L-Arginine per day on an empty stomach, and 50 mg of Zinc Gluconate with food 2 out of every 3 days (on the 3rd day I take a multivitamin instead just so I don't mess up my copper levels).

    As far as sexual function goes, seems same as always. Several people were reporting that L-Arginine was giving them more frequent / firm erections. Mine seem the same, but I wasn't having any troubles in that area before so that's probably a factor :p

    I haven't noticed any more ejaculate, but I have this stupid bacterial infection on my big toe (my toenail's too wide and cuts into the side of my toe and some stupid infection is hangin out there). The infection's still there, but since I started taking the zinc it's less angry and I don't get random pains from it anymore (just when I put pressure on it).

    One of the things zinc is supposed to be good for is wound healing (and conversely, websites said that an active infection can lower your zinc) so I'll probably keep taking that.

    Pumpkin seeds - unsalted, unroasted. Fresh from a health food store. The really green ones are the best.
    No joke - I've noticed a huge increase in ejaculate but I also get hard really fast and rarely the half-mast kind.
    I put them on salads, on soups and often a handful at any given time.
