I think the studies that measured girth show that 6 inches and above for girth is in the 98-99th percentile.

People put a lot of emphasis on mid shaft. While it is probably a better representative of overall thickness on average, I see a lot of guys on this site with thick glans/ upper mid shaft girths, but slim bases.
