L-arginine and AKG differences

Hi guys, I was just wondering if there is a difference between L-arginine and AKG (Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarato) in the effect on erections. There is any knowledges about that?

I think L-arginine increases levels of cum or something.
Never heard of AKG.

I thought L Argenine helped sort of like a very low grade Viagra because it helps produce/supply nitrate oxide to the blood. I take it almost everyday and I have noticed more ejaculate (and precum) but not quicker or better hard ons. I have no idea what AKG is but a quick Google search showed that there might be similarities although AKG appears to be a "purer" form.

I've never taken Arginine alpha-ketogluterate, but plenty have taken l-arginine with great benefits in vasodiolation, and load increase --- since it was mentioned.

I would just recommend arginine because it's cheap and people have given good reviews on it. Most of the fancy versions of supplements (ethly-mesterized glow in the dark creatine) are just supplement company hype to make boatloads of cash, and some are even less effective than the original product. There's some exceptions, but as I guideline, most stuff is included (including designer steroids like epistane and methlydrol, but the legality issue of "prohormones" is another post).

Both L-Arginine and AKG are both great for muscle building and hte AKG is the preferred source for building muscle. Both work by increasing the no-2 in muscles and yes you penis gets hard from increased no-2. I have used both and do find increase in firmness of erections and frequency of erections. But it is not a viagra or a cialis. But gives a great muscle pump when working out!! I call them body hard ons
