I believe Dredd from the Darkzilla series may be longer than Mandingo. It's hard to tell because Dredd is like 6'6" while Mandingo is about 5'6" so Mandingo looks like he has a cartoon dick relative to his body. But there is no doubt in my mind that Dredd is every bit as long as Mandingo, maybe even a little longer. Also Richard Mann is probably close to mandingo in length but is definitely a bit thinner towards the head.

dredd is no bigger than Napier , more or less about the same (or that german masked guy for that matter)...And all 3 aren't bigger than Mandingo...
