Okay, for what isn't worth speaking of 18 inches...
A year or two ago, my doctor (male urologist) shared a photo of an Africa man with a 20-22 inch hanging penis...very real and kinda sad at the same
time His Africa tribe made him an outcast and the medical profession kiddnapped him and used him for medical and scientific studies and research due to the size of his penis.

He was totally infertile; unable to have any sexual encounters, not cable of erections, urination and bladder problems and a host of other physical problems he didn't go into details about.
My doctor also stated that the males with a large/long penis (esp.reaching 9-11 inches) which he terms as dongs have the common problems of getting and maintaining a firm erection without some aid. I do.
Trust me, it's no real great joy having a "dong" as my dr. calls them.
Jokingly he said, a penis appeals to women, while a dong has more appeal
to men.
I said, well Doc, what do I have. His reply was, I think you know you're a dong man, otherwise you wouldn't be here in my office and getting treatments. I kinda expected his answer would be "dong"... But, I wanted to hear him say it and to see where he was really coming from.
