I just found out that Mr. Ed died in 1979 at young age of 21. I'm very sad.

Mr. Ed and Mae West

Mae West stopped appearing in films in the early 1940's. Her next film was in 1969. She was on TV once with Rock Hudson, and once on "Mr. Ed".

Yes, Mae West the notorious female size queen, allowed "Mr. Ed" the horse to move in with her. I find the situation hilarious.

I'm a Mae West fan but was disappointed to learn in a biography of Craig Russel (best female impersonator in history--and Mae West's private secretary) that she watched as her chauffeur raped Craig Russel. He quit and went into show biz.

Mae West's chauffeurs were alway monstrously hung, but rape is still rape.

West was extremely discreet, and I now wonder about her activities. She had a daily enema, which she advised in her books, so she probably enjoyed taking it up the ass.
