He didn't say he was going to take the picture and jack off to it over and over again. Just because he was nervous about taking the picture in no way makes it suggestive. Again, I was kinda nervous taking the picture of the tow truck driver, but there was nothing suggestive about it. Just thought he was cute and my sister might agree. Lack off courage to take a picture of someone in no way means that the taking of that picture is suggestive.

I'm beginning to think that clown just has a little too much time on his hands. What I hate more than anything is a self-righteous prick who picks everyone else apart as if they sit on some golden throne of perfection or something.

But the tow truck driver wasn't your sister's husband! That is the problem. Taking a mildly suggestive (and don't read too much into the word suggestive. I'm not saying it was porn. But he obviously got some sexual reaction from the sight, since he posted about it and described his body position with detail and then tried to take a picture of it.) picture of your brother in law is totally inappropriate unless you have his consent. And even then it is still a bit creepy. This is all about boundaries. Having an attraction is beyond his control and simply human. Trying to act on them IS within his control. If he wants to beat off to thoughts of him when he gets home, no problem. But trying to take the pic was out of bounds.

The best bet is to just ignore him at this point because 1. His statements and accusations make no sense and 2. he is just obviously trying to get you riled up and is not worth it.

Trying to take underhanded suggestive pictures of your brother in law is NOT just and right. It shows a lack of boundaries.

I'm beginning to think that clown just has a little too much time on his hands. What I hate more than anything is a self-righteous prick who picks everyone else apart as if they sit on some golden throne of perfection or something.

My above criticism is quite mild, and certainly not acting like I am sitting on a golden throne of perfection.

You are ceompletely overreacting to everyone's criticisms. If you can't handle mild criticism, perhaps you ought not be posting, especially on subjects like this. Its par for the course. Relax.

Who died and made you the morality police? And, who said I wanted to "beat off" to anything? YOU did, that's who, and it shows that YOU would probably do something like that. I never said I wanted to "act" on anything? At this point you're just being an asshole about something you have no clue about.

For the best interest of anyone who may come into this thread and be mildly offended by anything in my initial post, let me save you the trouble and say that I DID NOT TAKE A PHOTO OF MY STEP BROTHER IN LAW, NOR DO I PLAN ON TAKING ANY PHOTOS OF MY STEP BROTHER IN LAW. Do I think he's an attractive guy? Yes, and I make no apologies for it.

Everyone's criticisms? You seem to be the only one on your high horse about it. So, I guess it's "mild" to insinuate that I would beat off to these alleged "suggestive" photos of my step brother in law, with the intent of propositioning him in the future? Sure, you never said that, but you may as well have. The picture would have been good for a laugh, but that's it. Even the other guy who was miffed about it came back and said that he reacted to my initial post out of frustration for what's happening with a couple of friends of his. Perhaps you feel a little something for your own brother in law, and decided to make me the scapegoat for your own guilt, no?

Why have you posted this in the relationships forum? Are you wishing you had a relationship with this man?

It has come up in previous postings that some people have the hots for their step-siblings who are not biologically related. If you are gay then you don't have this for your stepsister, but were you wishing for a threesome of some kind?

This is beyond the issue of the propriety of taking photos of people without their permission, clothed or not. I would really like to know what your intent was in posting about a spouse of a relative.

^^Well, the subtitle for the thread is "friends, family, coworkers," and that was my initial reason for posting it here. I have no desire or intent to pursue any kind of sexual relationship with him, or her for that matter. It was just a brief moment in time when I attempted to do something but then decided not to, to save my own self from any insuing awkwardness.

Dude this is your sister's husband have some respect. Wow!!!! This is no different than a straight man doing the same thing to his brother's wife. Extremely disrespectful and offensive. This is why gay men are stereotyped as oversexed perverts. Because a few people in the community do not respect boundaries it makes it hard for everyone who does. I'm not gay but as a black man I understand how the wrong doings of a few can affect everyone. Not all black men are thugs or criminals for example.
Jeeez stop being so sanctimonious he's only fucking looking.
