Krispdx : Don't know if there is a "standard way". I just held a perspex ruler up against my erect dick head and measured the width across the frenum and the length from the frenum to the tip. Didn 't check the girth but I guess about 5¼ ins.

The interest here is in the range of different proportions I think. Some guys have a flatish cone, some a huge overhanging mushroom head. Some have the head roughly balanced with the shaft but a touch wider, some narrower. Many people hold that the frenum ridge is a feature that gives particular pleasure to the "fuckee."
