Looks like length is 5.25 inches at semi, grows to about 5.5-5.75 inches fully hard. Girth is 4.75 inches at semi, grows to about 5 inches fully hard.

I think the vast majority of us would use the fully hard measurement, so I think you should put 5.75" x 5" on your signature.
