I wonder if anyone ever had or heard of a penis transplant. I've heard lots of huge hung guys complain about the burdens of being huge. I'm sure there would be lots of guys who would jump at the chance to get a new one.

There was a case in China where allegedly a guy had one transplanted, then later had it removed because of emotional/mental issues (see the link).
