Well said, Jason. Never underestimate the value of professionalism!

I love perfumes of all sorts on all sorts of women. Olofactory memories are the strongest of all.

Don't bother taking your man to the perfume counter. We hate it. If allergies or just the offensiveness of the perfume counter doesn't repel us first, there's the fact that we won't be able to distinguish any single fragrance when that noxious miasma hits our faces anyway.

Also, phermones play a huge part. That scent will smell way different on you than on that piece of paper.

It really doesnt matter which one. Just make sure that it is one he never smelled before. Heres why.
I ususally associate a sent with a woman. Girlfriends usually with come with their own perfumes. The problem is after the break up. If I smell that scent again, it will remind me of that person. I hate that shit!!! Escpecially if I hate her.

Wanna be remembered forever, even after a break up (a cleaver way to torture a guy, even when you are no longer around), pick an original scent.

Ladies, I've noticed that perfumes have a different scent on me at different times of the month. Is it better to try on new perfumes right after my cycle, rather than other times? Anyone else experience this?

Thanks for all your suggestions!

I don't think it is the type of perfume that drives me crazy. But I do appreciate that she has taken the time to apply it, because I know that it is something done special for me. The exact brand I don't really care.

And it is just women in general that drive me crazy. I just plane love women....whether they have perfume on our not.

It's a good idea to see if you need to switch perfumes during your menstrual period. This isn't unusual. Try to avoid the musky scents and look for a sweeter-than-average floral like Liz Claiborne during that time. Save the muskier scents for your ovulation times when your pheromones will be boosted rather than muted by the scent.

Lovethembig dear, I have a hard time at the perfume counter because of allergies. I need to try it for a day or two so that I can see how it blends with my personal scent and if it irritates my allergies. The best thing I've found is at Sephora's. Sephora: Sephora Brand Scent Sampler Best Sellers For Her ($80.00 Value): Fragrance Sets . They have 3 or 4 samplers. And when you are done trying the sample sizes out, you have a coupon for a 1.5 ounce bottle of the perfume you liked best in the box set.

Ladies,

I'm running low on perfume and am planning to buy something that will drive my man wild. Any suggestions on which scents work(ed) for you?

Men, what scents make you amorous?

Thanks![/QUOTE]
Just read an article on The Frisky about how men love the smell of fresh cut grass, chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon buns, and in the case of my bf, pizza. :lmao: I bet if I were to smell like a pizza with extra cheese I'd never get him off me.

Clean pussy.
Yup, that's always a winner!

In my region it is cheaper to get one custom blended from pure essences than it is to buy a diluted brand name. As Jason said, there is no matching something mass produced compared to something made specially for one's own chemistry.

i suggest nothing more than a lightly scented body lotion.
an up close sniff gets an 'mmmm, you smell so good!'
and you won't attract flies or cause asthma attacks.
