I have both nipples pierced, and it decreased sensitivity overall - but there's a different, underlying trigger now, than before. It has to be done right - but talk about bringing it out of me.
As far as on a woman? Tongue piercings I'm 50/50; never really been around a clit piercing that I recall, but nipples piercings are a great visual for me. Love seeing them on the right body, large or small breasts - if it works, it just works.
