Well, julian only claims 9 1/4" not 11", even though that still may be claiming too much. He says so himself, except one time I think he was really excited and got 9 3/4.

Plus of course, very few of the people on the list are even close to 10". There were some lower than I thought,though. For example Billy Glide looks girthier than 5.5"

In an earlier inter-racial survey, Dr. Jacobus's 1935 publication - "L'Ethnologie du Sens Genitale", larger dimensions were recorded. In this survey, organs nearly 12 in. in length are reported. I would say the data are completely without significance when trying to claim that nationality has anything to do with endowment. The sizes given are those of individuals within the various national groups. To say that there was an Englishman who measured 10" does not suggest that such a size is common among the English, nor does it mean there are no Englishmen that exceed such a size. Nor does it mean that Englishmen on average have bigger penes than Germans, French, Danes, etc.

I would a say a real inch was worth 1.6 porn inches at the current exchage rate. But the more you exchange, the more the rate goes up; therefore to get 18 porn inches you need around 1.9 real inches but to get 12 porn-inches, you only need 1.6 real inches. Of course, there is never a steady exchange rate between the two currencies and we find that possessors of porn-inches often talk the rate up.
