If it's a casual relationship, there's very little you can do, 'cos if you bring it up it will probably make matters worse.

If it is a relationship that you see continuing, then there are loads of things you can do.

I've never heard of the idea that bigger guys cum more slowly; figure premature ejaculation is as common for hungs as it is for average or smalls.
