Serious queation:
Would having a big dick - or being thought to have a big dick - help him discharge these responsibilities well?

It depends on how he wields his scepter.

William is going to be first Prince of Wales, Duke of Cornwall, Duke of Rothsay, and later king of England, Scotland, Canada and Australia, Duke of Lancaster, and hold a lot more titles besides. In the UK he will be head of state, head of the armed forces, will have enormous theoretical powers (eg to sack the prime minister, to make laws without parliament) and a lot more real powers (eg appoint and dismiss judges, be consulted every week by the prime minister, open parliament, grant honours).

... assuming the monarchy even lasts that long, which appears less and less likely all the time.
[post=348113]Quoted post[/post]

I disagree - I think the monarchy is looking more and more secure
1) The Australians recently voted to retain the monarchy. Canada would have to have a vote province by province, and at least one province would inevitably vote to keep the monarchy. In Britain the monarchy are still overwhelmingly popular in oppinion polls.
2) William appears human. How we get from Elizabeth II to William is a problem - lets hope the Queen keeps taking her vitamins.
3) Brits fear that if we didn't have a monarch we would have to have a president and might get a George Bush.

You shouldn't worry about this, Jason, because there couldn't be another George Bush existing. There has to be a limit when it comes to scrapping the bottom of the barrel.

That is all speculation. Before Wills can assume those titles, Charles will have to become King of the United Kingdom, and there has been talk that Charles may be King only long enough to abdicate in favour of William. So it's possible that William will become King without all the 'preliminary' titles.

In the UK he will be head of state, head of the armed forces, will have enormous theoretical powers (eg to sack the prime minister, to make laws without parliament) and a lot more real powers (eg appoint and dismiss judges, be consulted every week by the prime minister, open parliament, grant honours).

Not really. All things considered, the monarch is little more than a figurehead ... even as the head of the Church of England. The Prime Minister, Parliament and the Archbishop of Westminster hold the actual reins of power in their respective fields.

Jacinto — I think you mean “Archbishop of Canterbury,” not “Archbishop of Westminster.” There is, indeed, an Archbishop of Westminster, but he is the head of the Roman Catholic Church in England. It is the Abp of Canterbury who is the Primate of All England (within the Church of England), and titular head of the world-wide Anglican Communion, of which the Episcopal Church here in the US is a part. Sorry: you so rarely err on factual matters! :hi:

You're right, of course. Being Catholic myself, the Archbishop of Westminster is who immediately came to my mind.

I don't normally read the celebrity threads on here (but I'm bored at work!!)
If genetics has anything to do with it, quite famously Prince Albert, (he who was married to Queen Victoria, not that ligger from Monaco!) was extremely well hung. So much so he had, and created the term, 'a Prince Albert', in which a chain was attachted to the PA to strap his nob to his leg. Not sure how he took a leak mind you!!

I think he is quite good sized. Several months ago there was a short tv :nopity: special on Will at School. They showed him walking around campus in tan trowsers. You could see his package flipping around, and it looked to be at least 6 inches soft?

Bollocks; there are no families with at least three brothers who are currently in college and had siblings in the 1995/1998 intake; and definitely not in Gailey's or resident at Manor; which is where you should be ....

Some of your posts coincide with 1st and 2nd School; and there is no way a boy in Yr7/8/9/10 (what are you using the UK system or australian cos yr7=11) (how old are you really {13, 14, or 15}) would have access to the internet after House Prayers let alone at 3:40am in the morning

It is also quite technically possible for the Crown to passover Charles and go straight to William. The passing of the Crown goes by the will of Parliament, not by will of the Queen. I can think of at least two valid grounds upon which the Throne could be denied to Charles (grounds upon which the Throne has been denied upon previously).

Nothing wrong with calling out the fakes, but, dij, I don't think he said he was at Eton -- only his two older brothers.

How do you know he's there as well?

Oops! I see now. Yup, he's supposedly at Eton as well. But in an earlier thread he said he said "i'm in year 8 at the moment, and thats high skool in Australia."

Here's another little problem. On April 4, 2005 he posted:

"Thanks texassgirl, yeah i've just turned 14 so i spose i am pretty young.
cya"

Then, two days later, on April 6, 2005, he wrote:

"hey guys (and girls),
i was just looking for sumone 2 talk to. i dont have a cam, and i am underage, but talking ain't illegal. (i'm 15)."

But four months earlier, in December 2004, he wrote:

"hey guys. I'm new here. i'm 13 and have an 8 inch cock."

I would have to agree with dij that someone's pants are on fire.

dijstra1975, you seem pretty confidant about your "Eton info". Out of curiosity, how do you know the place so well?

I don't know one family who sends two brothers to college and not the other...especially one so well 'connected' as his is supposed to be ...

Also two brothers in the same years and house as both William and Harry; sorry but that didn't happen.

Anyone with those type of connections doesn't talk like that..

Also in the context of an yahoo.com.au email address, lack of knowledge about year groups in UK, just doesn't add up.

I went to another public school with close ties so know a lot of old boys very well...

Don't think so; succession is set by act of parliament which requires HMQ's permission; so unless she agrees it can't jump; once HMQ dies the succession is immediate and would require HRHPC to abdicate before PW could succeed.

I can't think of any instance the crown has been denied; several times the newly succeeded monarch has been stripped of the crown or more often killed off but denied succession I don't think so ... but I'm happy to hear who you think it happened to.
