My knowledge about human physiology is quite limited, so for some people with more knowledge then me about this stuff this may seem like a stupid question. Everyone knows that the penis grows during a boys puberty. The reason for this is as far as know due to hormones. Shouldn't it be possible that with some kind of hormone treatment or something similar to restart the process that made the penis grow in the first place? Maybe we don't have the right kind of pills or whatever for this to work today, but it doesn't seem like something that's is totally illogical and impossible. We know whats starts the puberty and we know what ends it, so why aren't we able to do this? I'm not talking about restarting the whole puberty (what I fucking mess that could become), just the process that made the penis grow.

Seems logical but at the same time those hormones create a chain reaction of things. Growth (height), body hair growth, voice changing, and so on. I doubt that we can single out just one process when those hormones being released create a whole group of processes. I'd hope that it is possible and again what do I know I'm not a biologist, chemist major at all. Maybe someday when we are more advanced with our medicines and technology.

Yeah, as you pointed out, the big problem would probably be to single out one of processes that the puberty consist of. But actually imagine that some men would go through the ordeal that is puberty once again for a larger penis. At least if you could end by just stop taking what ever you took to make puberty start again.

Personally, I wouldn't mind some of the benefits of going through puberty again. My genes and heritage I naturally don't have much body hair (Native American Indian). A little more couldn't possibly hurt, I'm about average in height at 5'7" so a few more inches in stature wouldn't hurt either along with my little guy downstairs. I'm average at 6~6.5 in length and 5~5.25 in width. I'd take the process again.

There is a great deal we still do not know with regards to the exact signals used by the body regarding the genetics that tell growth of various body parts to stop growing during puberty.

If for example we get a "stop" signal reversing this might be quite difficult, if we instead were to simply tire out receptors and get what would amount to a "lack" of a "go" signal then overcoming this may be something within our grasp within the next few years.

Pubertal growth is made up of a combination of processes. You have hormonal stimulation of cellular growth combined with stretching caused by frequent erections which are far harder than what an adult needs for sexual intercourse. What these do is to stretch out the corpus cavernosum and ligament structures when they are still pliable and able to be stretched. If we were able to soften the ligament structures (some say they can be broken down using para amino benzoic acid) maybe additional length could be obtained. To accomplish this in an adult we would now have to have several things that would have to take place to make it possible. 1.) We would need to be able to activate dormant hormone receptor sites signaling them to go into a growth mode. 2.) We would have to be able to soften the ligament structures to where they would return to a more pliable state as they were when in puberty. 3.) We would have to recreate the degree of erections necessary to stretch the corpus and ligaments from the inside out. This would renew growth of both length and girth growth.

#1 is not completely understood yet though there might be a few possibilities. #2 has some possibilities, but additional studies would be needed on the long term effects of heavy dose transdermal applications of para amino benzoic acid with regards to safety.

#3 can be done easily and we have the technology to do this part easily right now.

Those working on what is referred to as "Chemical PE" these days are working heavily with #'s 2 and 3, but they have not gotten #1 completely licked. There are some claiming success, but safety is questionable and not really documented as being either consistently safe or consistently effective as yet. There is some evidence however that this might be at least somewhat effective. Time will tell. . . .

You have to take into consideration that the Hormones that start the process still continue to be made anyway but the penis eventually stops growing. If it didn,t just think of the inconveniance when you reached 80.......tee hee!!

I'm subscribing to this thread in the hope that some time traveller from 20 years from now comes back to this forum and posts right here on this thread as to the exact recipe to create the drug to make this possible.

Oh, yeah, and how to make transparent aluminum too.

The medical consensus is that the androgen receptors in the penis downregulate after puberty. That being said, I've read anectodal evidence of men claiming success with topically applying testosterone gel directly to their penises to enhance growth.

Wow! Somewhatdamaged. You got any pics showing that sexy hair?

I have researched this a bit too, and if I remember correctly there are two hormones that effectively turn off the process at a certain age so that even if the other hormones and such are right to cause penis growth, that the system doesn't respond. I would think that in addition to providing the right endocrine mix of hormones and such that you'd have to find a way to turn that "switch" back on again.

If you figure it out, lemme know, I'll just flip mine to permanent "on" forever ;)

WRONG! It doesn't "grow". It enlarges... that's different.

If you can't be bothered reading past the first post, I can't be bothered summarizing the 4 pages of discussion.

Firstly, keep it friendly rather than go down a road of arguing, which I am not going to follow.

Secondly, you completely missed my point. I am well aware of the contents of the thread, since I’ve posted in it. However, I am still not sure what “your” point is by posting it.

Are you agreeing with HGH or disagreeing with HGH, either way I still do not understand why you posted that thread. The thread contains opposing sides of HGH, which are not scientific, has no evidence, and is off topic with talks of steroids which are not related to HGH.

If you are against HGH, which I am, that’s fine with me. If on the other hand you are for it, again that’s fine with me.

Of the countless professional and non professional athletes among my friends who take HGH. They boast larger body parts due to HGH, which they will give credit to. Unfortunately, this is not scientific evidence and will never be due to moral and legal issues. Therefore, it is only my opinion formed from observation and I feel that until someone proves it wrong then I will uphold this view.

That is a far more cogent and coherent piece of writing than this:

That *is* my point. You throw out a statement like that, knowing full well the hazards, and make no mention of any sort of warnings. That, to me, is irresponsible.

I was not suggesting the poster take any legal or illegal supplements or hormones. The poster asked - if in the future do people think it would be possible that scientists could replicate the hormones produced by the human body, particularly in teenage hood.

I simply answered the question that they already can and people take them. If you read it again, you will find it is a simple sentence with no persuasive techniques or hidden evils. It is for the poster then to conduct their own research and formulate their own opinions, which is why I kept it simple.

The side effects of HGH are not fully known, but I certainly wouldn’t want anyone to purchase HGH, which could have many disastrous side effects and legalities. However, these are out of the scope of this thread my knowledge.

I hope this clears this up for you.

I think that there are already several threads on the usage of HGH for PE. I was on this legitimately to help repair my body back in 2001 and I did not have any enlargement from it's use. Because I have followed this as a hobby for years I did document things before and after and I was on it for a period of months. I did have some side effects from it's usage and even though compared to many I would consider my own exposure of short term by comparison I am aware of how rough things can be with this stuff. In ad adult male again HGH would have to find active hormone receptors and this is where the problem lies. . . .
