Yeah, it isn't a good look on me. Actually I don't think it is a good look on anyone under 30.

As for spinach and strawberries, well, I'm allergic to strawberries. And spinach does have a lot of iron, but for anemic conditions it actually inhibits absorption. I need to be diligent about taking the SlowFe tablets.

I can tell you from my own experience, jjsjr, that you are not alone. There are plenty of guys (and gals) out there who prefer those of us with gray/silver hair. I personally don't know exactly why that is, I'm just damned thankful it is true.

My Avitar picture is me and my silver hair. I started to go gray when I was 15. I must admit that it was traumatic for me in my 20's and 30's. For years I used to dye my hair, never a good idea, it's a very slippery slope, very hard to stop. I wish I had just enjoyed it especially when I had so much hair back then.

I do like my hair colour...... But I do wish it had stayed darker longer.
