I never heard about pleasure island, but I went to Hedonesim II in Jamaica. Only a part of the place was naked, not the all the hotel. It was cool, nothing wild, but apparantely Hedonesim III is more crasy. Although it always depends of the crowd when you there...
But there is some activities that are better with swimsuit, like volley ball...
