Not full to bursting 'full' but haven't gone in a few hours 'full'.

I've noticed that when I don't 'go' right before sex that orgasm is easier to achieve. Pressure on my bladder, either through the vaginal wall or by pressing low on my abdomen, heightens things for me. My guess is that pressure on the bladder may indirectly cause additional pressure on my prostate (yes, women have our version, too), which is wrapped around the urethra, making stimulation easier.

My question is for all.
Women, have you noticed anything like I've described?
Str8 men, morning sex before vs after the morning pee? Might this factor into preferences for woman on top?
Gay bottoms (bladder not affected by thrusting but an arm wrapped around from behind could do it) or tops (morning issues, partner on top, regular thrusting)?

Basically looking to see if anyone has noticed a difference in their sexual sensitivity from not having peed just before sex. Anyone having sex in the next little while want to change their routine and report back?

Am I talking out of my urethra here?

I HAVE to empty my bladder before any form of sex. I find that the urge to pee quickly takes over any pleasure I'm getting, and that post cum piss can be almost painful (but once I've emptied my bladder, I have one of those OMG thank God I'm empty moments)

I've experienced the same thing, but in masturbation. I really had to pee this one time as I was jerkin' off, and I pushed into my pelvic region in hopes it'd make the feeling go away temporarily, and it actually felt really good. I still do it every now and then, because it does feel really good.

I too suspect it's the bladder rubbing against the prostate because the feeling is very similar.

It depends. Sometimes I can have sex with a fairly full bladder and the orgasm ends up being more intense. Other times it's so full that I just can't comfortably get into having sex until I piss first.

On the other hand, sometimes when I have even a mild urge to go, after sex I get a lot of irritation when I finally do go, almost like a mild and temporary version of a UTI. I mentioned it to a urologist and he said that orgasm can be a complicated interaction of muscles and nerves that can leave the whole system out of whack for a little while. He also said that I shouldn't worry about it unless I'm feeling it all the time.

I haven't heard of other guys having this issue. It's more of an annoyance than a concern.

That happens to me nearly every time I do this. Hurts like hell

Whiteboi, I found this..Omorashi - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

But I'm not asking about arousal linked to seeing or thoughts of urine or the bladder being full. My question asks about physiological differences. Not fetishism but body mechanics.

DiscoBoy, that's exactly what I was wondering about. Since the prostate surrounds the urethra, pressure on the bladder could force fluid into the urethra, stimulating it from the inside out.

I know a guy that insists on waiting until the morning to have sex for this very reason. Which I found to be a frustrating actually, especially as I like to drift off to sleep snuggling post-orgasmically.

I'm almost incapable of having sex with even the slightest hint of "I have to pee" message from my bladder... it just blocks out all the pleasure from penetration, ultimately resulting in loss of erection... I prefer saying "sorry honey, I have to pee, I'll be right back!" than continuing with something I know will end in having a poor erection...
Whether it's purely a mental thing, or actually has something to with "the mechanics" as you say - I don't really know... and don't bother to find out... I tend to avoid the risk altogether, or in the worst case stop the penetration and come back a few moments later... and, of course, work my best in order to try and compensate for the interruption...

I've also noticed on number of occasions that my wife has the same problem... she just can't go on once she starts feeling she has to pee... so we've both had this happen to us...

Yes, exact same thing has happened to me during masturbation. I discovered it when I was too lazy to get out of bed to go this one time, but I was laying in bed drowsily awake and horny. It was really rather pleasurable. If I'd had a super full bladder it probably would not have been comfortable, but this was more like a somewhat full bladder situation. Now I actually deliberately do this sometimes.

It hasn't happened with a partner as much, because I'm usually inclined to urinate before sex.

Gillette and I had a discussion about this on another thread recently, so I'll throw in my same comments here. My strongest erections (and I do believe this is true for most men) are in the wee hours of the morning when my morning erection is backed up by a full bladder (pun intended).

If my wife and I decide to have festivities in the morning as we're waking up, I try as much as possible to delay peeing as this seems to deflate my erection most of the time.

During times when I can hold off and ejaculate with a full bladder, it feels like I'm going through a mini-ejaculating/clearing out the plumbing feeling when I go pee right after. It's probably more mental than physical, but in my mind I can feel bits of semen that remained behind after my ejaculation being expelled with the urine.

I asked my wife the same thing regarding sex with a full bladder and she says Gillette's theory on the g-spot being more sensitive makes sense. For her though, she hates having sex that way as it hurts with a full bladder.

I definitely can't have sex with a full bladder. I can't relax enought to have an orgasm because I'm scared I'll wee, and all that pushing on the bladder probably WOULD make me wee. For me it needs to be a completely empty bladder - as in weeing just before sex (ideally).

Did you ever feel uncomfortable with the knowledge that he'd not peed for 7 or 8 hours? I'm sure some people (male or female) wouldn't be very keen on having the penis of a partner inserted into them if he'd not peed for several hours and, by definition, needed to go to the toilet.

I wonder what pornstars do? I'd be interested to know whether they all 'drain down' immediately before performing or whether some perform on full or half full bladders.

I suppose having a somewhat full bladder can be more stimulating, but I really try to have sex only on a completely empty bladder, out of fear that I might pee when I orgasm.

It turns out that for me, this is a very realistic fear. A couple of years ago, I chose to masturbate with a somewhat-full bladder. When I came, to my shock and embarrassment (even though I was alone), pee just started coming out and I couldn't get it to stop. I had to wash all of my bedclothes down to the mattress pad, and I learned my lesson.

Sorry if this is gross or TMI but it is the truth.

This is exactly why I like an empty bladder - I'm sure it would happen to me!

I get horny when I have to piss. I can have a very intense orgasm even though I am about to explode. I have never had any piss leakage but cum tends to be a bit more liquid. I have even tried to piss while jacking off but cum always overrides. Sometimes, even though you really need to piss afterwards, it can be slow to get started but feels like such awesome pleasurable relief. I have never experienced pain. I have also used a vibrator on my dick and abdomen when I have a full bladder and that is wierdly pleasurable too!

Alone I can orgasm with a full or partially full bladder and not urinate. I find it's rather uncomfortable if I need to go during sex so I've gotten in the habit of saying I have to go before penetration ever happens. I can't seem to relax with someone because the urge to urinate takes over for me.

i had a discussion about this with some buddies on the bus coming back form a soccer game in middle school. i remember, because almost the entire team had to pee towards the end of the long ride home, and a few of us in the back of the bus started talking about how whenever we have to pee we get semis or even rock hard boners. i guess i later read that this is because the full bladder stimulates the prostate or something like that... the erection also prevents any leakage though which is good as well.
