Hi guys.
I am at a point in my life where I want to be able to control myself better and learn to be stronger than the dark urges that take the wheel of my life from time to time.
So I was wondering if more men were looking to achieve the same or is it just me?
We could ask each other tips on how to control these urges better and how to improve, maybe if we are enough even make a Snapchat group or something to have a more open discussion when one struggles and get the support needed to push through.

I know I perform better when someone else is checking up on me...
That is why I think having a group of people supporting one another in making some changes that need to be made might help.
I might also do better if I am helping someone else do better.

Well I believe since this thread is pretty open, most guys will have a hard time truly opening up.
Especially since struggling with urges and stuff like that, you will need to express your flaws and hard times. This should be easier if you are having a more one on one conversation.

Could have many aspects, from the amount of control over your life, to the topic or focus of your thoughts.

Anyway any addiction must treated by a health professional a group can give you the false sense you are dealing with it.
We have on lpsg the safe place, I don't see the need to take things outside where someone could be fishing personal data with various proposes.
