So jealous of ball pumpers. 
I can't even stand 2-3 HG down there because my right side has a vericocile. the few times I have waited though the pain, the results were gorgeous. Would be nice to have a tube developed JUST for the balls. I don't like to pump both at once - it just makes things even more uncomfortable for me and really just never looks good. A tube with an opening the same as my vacutech penis cylinder that flared open for an oblong-rounded sac shape would be ideal... *sigh*
