So, as off last night I made the decision to start changing my life, and I want to be a completely different person my 25th birthday next year.
So, I figured if I'm gonna start something I might as well go balls to the wall and kick 2 big things and challenge my self to a third, the 2 being soda and cigarettes, and the challenge being not masturbating.
Things you should know, I'm 6'3 and about 400 pounds, spread fairly evenly.
I drink to much soda, and smoke far to much for a guy my age. So I'm just looking for advice on how some of you may have kick these couple of things and if anyone would object to this being almost like a live journal, you know for some form of support.
