Well, firstly "hung" means you own a penis. The question really should be: What is considered being "well-hung"?

In my opinion 7 inches and up would define someone as being well-hung.

Just under 9x6 here. I think it largely depends on proportions. I have seen 5" long dicks I'd consider hung b/c girth. I have also seen 8" dicks I don't call hung because they are pencil dicks like 3" girth.

Also I looked bigger when I weighed less. I was 101 pounds 15 years ago and 297 3 years ago. Now 225!

It all depends on the volume. Considering that the average is about 11 cubic inches, I'd say 20 ci and up could be considered well hung. If you're 15 ci or more then you're statistically large.
