No, at that size, most normal girls will call you big or huge. Size queens exempt, and most are NOT size queens.
7" in length is on the upper end of above average, and the lowest end of hung. That is why "they" always say 7" or better. (even though 6" is plenty big for most)

Most people male or female can't even really visually tell the difference between 7 and 8"... let alone 8-9". Even if the measuring device is there they can't always tell the true size. People generally think something is bigger or smaller than it really is.
By your reasoning 6" or less is small and 8" or more is big? So what, you can only be average if you are 7"? I don't see how that makes any sense.

Wow I never realized how significant people think 1" difference in length is. That's seems like an overdramatization to me especially when people can't even tell the difference half the time like I said earlier. Multiple inches of length difference is significant, not a measly 1". Girth inches mean way more than length inches.
