Help, I think my pc has been infected somehow, I cannot access Xtube at all, as soon as I type the web address and hit enter it re-directs me to random porn sites.

I have Norton 2008 installed, done a complete system scan and shown no problems, what can I do to resolve the problem?

    Anyone help please.

If you need to get on right now (to get off) go to youhide.com check all of the boxes and enter xtube.com

Sounds like DNS problems... check your DNS addresses. Try OpenDNS addresses....

    208.67.220.220
    208.67.222.222

Either that or try downloading safari for windows, as it sandboxes your browsing experience and does NOT run any activeX or third party plug-ins.... Apple - Safari

Alfagtv, I have got the exact same problem. I also have Norton 2008. I can get to xtube via youhide.com, but very cumbersome. I tried the suggestion about Safari, but I am redirected from that browser also. Before I try the advice on the DNS Names, is anyone else experiencing this problem? Just happened in the last 3-4 days, no other apparent issues, I have also scanned with Norton, and PestPatrol, nothing.

I just clicked on XTube, and the home page came up. If I want to log on to post comments, I have to disable my firewall first. Same thing with YouTube.

I am also having this problem. If you type in xtube, it redirects you to a website with the address "69.214....." or something like that. I am using Safari to access.
