Look out! Look out, boys! Clear the track!
The witches are here! they've all come back!
They hanged them high - no use! No use!
What cares a witch for the hangman's noose?
They buried them deep, but they wouldn't lie still,
For cats and witches are hard to kill;
They swore they wouldn't and shouldn't die, --
Books said they did, but they lie! They lie!

"We're too young"
Says the voice in my head as I see your silhouette slide along the wall to the foot of the bed.
Like we're playing with a loaded gun; with the safety off.
Nothing said and nothing undone.
The're not true; the things I say to you.
And now we have fun but in the morning I'll be gone.
"We're too young"

DAVID BOWIE "Eight Line Poem" (Hunky Dory 1971)
The tactful cactus by your window
Surveys the prairie of your room
The mobile spins to its collision
Clara puts her head between her paws
They've opened shops down West side
Will all the cacti find a home
But the key to the city
Is in the sun that pins
the branches to the sky
