Well, finally i reached my weight goal of

154 pounds (70kg)

Actually i weighted less, but the goal was 70kg or less, now that im at this weight, i will aim for losing fat % and gain muscle mass, its going to be a long process, but i have petience for it , maybe will take around 6 - 7 months to reach my next goal.

One of the funny side effects, its that i lost quite a bit of fat in the rear :biggrin1:, and now i find it hard to sit on a hard chair for a long time, but nothing i cant get used to.

Now my diet has changed again, now instead of the 3 meals, now they are 5, cause of the amount of daily workout i do, most of the success i gave it to a wheat cookie that was the substitute for bread i used, low cal, protein, low sodium, good fiber, and protein, and made u feel full quite easy, that and the carrots, those things made u feel extra full too.

The most surpricing thing is how much money i actually wasted on the junk food that made me fat, much more than the cost of the gym, and all other workout related expenses.

By far the most dramatic chance is smell, now my feet dnt have any smell at all, even after the two and a half hours of workout, there is no smell at all, the same with body sweat.

Now once i get to 17% of bodyfat i will post another entry on the blog.
