Sorry for the tardiness in my promised blog. Work has been beyond crazy. With the end of college nearing, work hours fluctuating near 60 hours the last 6-8 weeks, and training; I haven’t had much time to really dedicate to pumping.

Entering this year I really wanted to solidify the gains that have been made over the last 3 years of using the Bathmate X40.

I have done tons of routines (literally every suggested posted in the penis enlargement forum) however I don’t have tons of time to dedicate to pumping these days as life has been hectic.

Here is a breakdown of what my routines were over the last 3 months.

January: 12 minute sessions with a minimum of 200-300 hard kegels.

February:
50 Jelqs - 5 minutes in tube
75 Jelqs - 5 minutes in tube (increased intensity)
100 jelqs - 5 minutes in tube (max intensity)

March:
3 Sets of 5 minutes each with medium intensity. Erection level at about 60%.

For the remainder of the year I’m going to cycle through these few routines to see if I notice anything. The wife sure has lol.

@Mordecai_ I most definitely plan too brother. Pumping is becoming so fun again.
@aleftcurve thank you tons man, hoping to improve a tad this year. I would like to see just a tad bit more length pushing me to about 7.75.
