I finally took my PC to Geek Squad on Wednesday, for them to do the data transfer from my old hard drive to my new one.
How can I describe this past week? I know! "If it had been raining dicks I would have gotten slapped in the face with a pussy." :irked: I swear it was just one annoying ass thing after another, all . . . week . . . long.
Nothing fatal, just annoying junk. :irked:

*Ned deciding we should be 'friends with benefits'. Ned is 45 maybe 5'7" and uses a walker because he has cerebral palsy. I am not anti- handicapped people; but I do like my men to be taller and a little less country.
* Dad fell on the hardwood floor in the living room Tuesday night, because he was in socks and not using his walker. :frown1: I have no idea why he thought he could walk w/o his cane, or walker.
Daddy's pride was hurt more than anything else, when he fell.
* Mom decided that dad needs to be in assisted living because she is tired of dressing and bathing him (Mind you these are things I would be more than willing to assist with but she won't let me.) More on that later.
* I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes on Monday & still can't figure out how to use the lancet plunger thingy properly; so I just stab my finger with it. You are supposed to be able to 'cock' the plunger thing, so that it shoots the lancet into your flesh releasing a blood droplet. I can't get it to do that.
Even though I am on 7 mg of warfarin a day I am having trouble getting a decent blood drop to come out from that damned pin prick. My left hand and fingers look like I have the measles.
 :irked:
* Found out that I am only mildly non-classical congenital adrenal hyperplasia.
My score was like 103 and 800 is usually a definite diagnosis. At 400 there are usually more marked physical differences than I currently exhibit. So apparently I have some of the markers for it but not enough that they want to adjust my cortisol levels.

* I do not have Cushings Syndrome or Acromegaly both of which I was tested for.

*Oh there was one GOOD thing! Between Monday and Friday I lost 4 lbs! Given that I am bloated, cause it's that time of the month is a miracle. There is a possibility that if I can lose some weight the diabetes might go away; but it depends on my kidneys too, I think.

Y'all see what I mean? Just annoying stuff. I didn't have a car accident, nobody important to me was hurt.
I just muddle through as best I can.
